Cyber Science Lab Research

What we do

The long-term research goal of the Cyber Science Lab is to develop robust, reliable, and responsible autonomous cybersecurity platforms capable of conducting advanced cybersecurity activities at scale. The essence of Autonomous Cybersecurity lies in its ability to transcend traditional automation, offering systems that are:

  • Self-Improving: These systems evolve autonomously, enhancing their capabilities without human intervention, thus staying ahead of new threats and environmental changes.
  • Continuously Learning: Autonomous cybersecurity systems increase resilience and adaptability through ongoing learning from new data.
  • Predictive Capabilities: Beyond reactive measures, these systems anticipate and mitigate potential threats by analyzing emerging patterns and behaviors.
  • Automatically Customized and Personalized: Autonomous systems provide targeted and effective security measures by tailoring their responses to fit specific network environments and threat landscapes.

At Cyber Science Lab we are specifically focused on the following 4 areas of Autonomous Cybersecurity:

Autonomous Incident Detection and Response

Autonomous Security of AI Systems

Autonomous Protection of Critical Infrastructure

Autonomous Offensive Security
